- HOW CAN I APPLY FOR THE ‘RECUPEREM TURISME’ TRAVEL VOUCHER?Only for people included in the waiting list for the "Bono Viaje recuperem turisme 2025".Users on the waiting list will soon be sent an email with all the necessary information. If you do not receive it, we recommend you check your junk mail (spam) folder.
- WHO IS IT FOR?Only for residents of municipalities affected by the DANA.
- WHAT ARE THE REGISTRATION AND REDEMPTION PERIODS FOR THE ‘RECUPEREM TURISME’ TRAVEL VOUCHER?Starting in June 2026, promotional codes will begin to be assigned by email, following the order of the 2025 program waiting list and subject to budget availability.The voucher can be used between June 22 and December 22, 2026. Once the code is received, the booking must be made within 10 business days and must always be for services within the indicated usage period.
- WHEN CAN I SPEND THE CV 2025 TRAVEL VOUCHER?After processing the application and when Turisme CV verifies that you meet the requirements, you receive an email with a code that you must exchange with us to make the reservation.
You must make the reservation within 10 business days to enjoy the discounted tourist services within the same period of enjoyment in which the Code has been received. - ¿CÓMO HAGO LA RESERVA?Get in touch with us by filling out the registration form, via email reservas@porthotels.es or by phone: 966 803 232 to make your reservation.
You must indicate: the destination hotel, the dates, the voucher number and your phone number.
After confirming the dates, the hotel, and the number of companions and services you want to include, we will send you an email with all that information and a form for you to complete with your details and the travel voucher code (cv) to formalize your reservation.
From the moment we send you the email with the form, we will hold the price for you for 24 hours.
Once the form has been completed and the reservation has been made, we will send the invoice indicating the total of the reservation and specifying what the travel voucher covers and what you must pay upon your arrival at the hotel.
If the payment is made by credit card, it must be in the name of the person who requested the voucher.
From the moment of booking until the start of the stay, a minimum of 48 hours must pass to allow the GVA to formalize the reservation. Reservations with vouchers that expire in less than 24 hours will not be accepted. - CAN THE RESERVATION BE CANCELED OR MODIFIED?The voucher does not cover cancellation fees or no-shows. Cancelling the booking will result in the loss of the ‘Recuperem Turisme’ travel voucher.Any modifications must be made before submitting the form with the guest’s details. Once the booking is confirmed, no changes can be made.
- IMPORTANT INFORMATIONThe GVA covers 100% of the booking amount, up to a maximum of €350, for stays of at least 2 nights.
