Can I cancel my booking? Is there an extra fee?
Yes, you can. Please bear in mind that it may incur cancellation fees if it is not cancelled within a minimum of 24 hours before the check-in date. To cancel or modify a reservation, contact us through centralreservas@porthotels.es or call us at (+34) 966 803 232.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Once the booking process is completed, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your reservation. Check your inbox within the 24/48 hours following the completion of your booking and check that you have received it. We advise you to also check your spam folder just in case. This will be the document that you must present when you arrive at the hotel. You can also check the status of your reservation by calling us at (+34) 966 803 232.
What are the accepted payment methods?
You can pay in cash or by credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard) upon arrival at the hotel. When you book, the credit card information is only requested as a guarantee for the booking.
Should I add small children or babies in the booking?
Yes, it is necessary to include all guests regardless of age. You will find Adults, Children and Babies in our booking engine.
Can I request a cot? How much is it?
You must request it by e-mailing the hotel, by calling (+34) 966 803 232 or through our contact form. You can access it from the main menu of our website. This is a free service, subject to availability on the day of your arrival at the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. With the exception of our Port Feria Valencia hotel, if you want to come with them, please let us know by email or through our contact form.
Do you have parking? Can I book it? How much is it?
Some of our hotels have private parking. It can not be booked beforehand. For more information about the availability and cost of this service, you can contact the hotel directly or use the contact form available on the main menu of our website.
Can I check-out late?
Yes it is possible although we can not guarantee it. If you want to check out later than 12:00 noon, please contact our reception staff as this possibility depends on the availability of the day. Our staff will also inform you of the price and different options.
Can you store my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes, without any type of fee. We can take care of your luggage until your departure.
Is there an iron available for the guests?
Our hotels have a laundry service (for an additional fee) where you can leave your clothes to be washed and ironed (or simply ironed). All our hotels have iron available to the guests (free service). Get in touch with our reception staff for more information.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or closed spaces (rooms, restaurants, etc.). The hotel indicates the areas where smoking is allowed.
