Can I cancel my booking? What are the charges?
Yes, you can. Please note that cancellation charges apply if not done at least 24 hours (Port Jardín Milenio, Huerto Del Cura, Port Elche, Port Feria and Port Azafata) or 48 hours (Port Alicante, Vista Oro, Fiesta Park, Port Benidorm, Port Dènia and Port Europa) in advance of the arrival day. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Once the purchase process is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking. Check your inbox within 24/48 hours of purchase to confirm you have received it. We also advise you to check your spam folder just in case. This will be the document you must present upon arrival at the hotel. You can also check the status of your booking by calling us at (+34) 966 803 232
What payment methods are accepted?
If your booking is on a flexible rate, you can pay in cash or by credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard) upon arrival at the hotel, or in advance via bank transfer. At the time of purchase, credit card details are requested solely as a guarantee for the booking, and up to 3 nights may be charged 48 hours before arrival.

If your booking is on a Non-Refundable rate, payment will be made at the time of booking. You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard), via Bizum, Apple Pay or Google Pay, PayPal, or Scalapay, by splitting the amount into installments.
Should I include small children or babies in the booking?
Yes, it is necessary to include all occupants. In our booking engine, you will find fields for Adults, Children, and Babies to complete with the details of your booking.
Can I request a crib? What is the cost?
If you require this service, you must request it by e-mail to the hotel, by calling (+34) 966 803 232, or through our contact form. You can access it from the main menu of our website. This is a free service subject to availability on the day of your arrival at the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. With the exception of our Port Feria Valencia and Port Elche hotels; if you wish to stay with your pet, please add it during the booking process.
Is there parking? Can I reserve it? How much does it cost?
Some of our hotels have private parking. You can include parking as an additional service and your space will be reserved. Contact information is available in the main menu of our website.
Can I check out later?
Yes, it is possible, although we cannot guarantee it. For check-outs after 12:00 PM, please contact our reception staff, as this possibility depends on availability for that day. Our staff will also inform you of the price and the different options.
Can you store my luggage when I check out?
Yes, at no cost. We will look after it until you leave our accommodation.
Is an iron available for guests?
Our hotels have a laundry service (at an additional cost) where you can leave your clothes to be washed and ironed, or just ironed. Normally, you can have your garments back the day after collection. All our hotels have an iron available for guests (free service). Please contact our reception staff for more information.
Can rooms be booked for bachelor/bachelorette parties?
No, unfortunately, we do not accept bookings for bachelor/bachelorette parties. At our hotel, we strive to maintain a quiet and respectful environment for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to consider our accommodation options for more suitable events.
