The Elche coastline has six extensive beaches, characterized by dunes in the north and pine forests in the south. With 9 km of areas of great ecological value, such as the Carabassí dunes or the La Marina beaches, the beaches of Elche become perfect enclaves for diving and water sports due to their proximity to the marine reserve of Tabarca Island.
EL ALTET The wide beach of El Altet, with its
two kilometers of fine sand, forms a dune ecosystem that makes it a national benchmark, given the scarcity of this type of habitat in the country. It is awarded with a
blue flag due to its quality and accessibility.
ARENALES DEL SOL With almost three kilometers, the beach of Arenales del Sol is
one of the most valued on the Alicante coast, both for the quality of its waters and the richness of its seabed, as well as for its embryonic, mobile, fixed and even fossil dunes. It is the only area with an urban center facing the sea and has a long promenade, equipped with wooden walkways to access the shore.

of fine, golden sand, formed by a system that combines high recent dunes, fossil dunes, and pine forests of great geological and environmental value. The
richness of its seabed and its proximity to the salt marshes and wetlands of Balsares and El Clot de Galvany, with which it forms a single ecosystem, contribute to its consideration as an ecologically protected area, with interesting native flora and fauna. It has a section classified as a free beach, suitable for nudism.

fine, golden sand over an impressive dune strip, framed by an extensive pine forest that extends towards Guardamar del Segura to the south and the Salinas de Santa Pola Natural Park to the north.
LA MARINA A kilometer and a half of dune strip and an extensive pine forest are the greatest attractions of this beach, which is connected to the urban center of the district that gives it its name.
