Fran Segura will join the Hotel Huerto del Cura project, bringing his creative vision and expertise in signature pastry making. Through this collaboration, the hotel will introduce a VIP breakfast that celebrates local produce, the culinary roots of Elche, and the technical excellence of the master pastry chef. 

“Gastronomy plays a key role at Hotel Huerto del Cura and is one of our greatest differentiating features, beyond our privileged location in Europe’s largest palm grove. This collaboration with Fran comes at a pivotal time in our business strategy, as we are enhancing the entire guest experience at the hotel. Breakfast is one of the most significant moments within that journey,” said Ana Mayor, Vice President of Port Hotels. 

For his part, Fran Segura highlighted the importance of bringing together hospitality and haute cuisine: “My challenge is to contribute creativity and technique so that the breakfast at Hotel Huerto del Cura becomes a truly memorable experience. We have chosen to work with familiar local flavours, approached with innovation and excellence.” With this initiative, Hotel Huerto del Cura reaffirms its commitment to gastronomy as a distinguishing element, promoting local talent and consolidating its position as a benchmark for hospitality and culture in the Valencian Community. 

The VIP breakfast will be served at the hotel’s breakfast room, with table service, and also on the terrace next to the swimming pool. It will be available on weekdays from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. and on weekends from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m.
