The Hotel Huerto del Cura, an icon of hospitality in the heart of the Palm Grove of Elche, continues to expand its gastronomic proposal with the organization of an exclusive Cheese and Pairing Workshop, which will take place on Thursday, July 17th at its restaurant Veranda.
This new experience, designed by the hotel's team, aims to introduce the public to the world of artisanal cheese and its possible pairings with wine. To this end, the workshop will feature the collaboration of La Despensa de Andrés, a gourmet shop specializing in delicatessen products, which will select a carefully curated variety of artisanal cheeses for the occasion.
During the evening, attendees will be able to taste different creations accompanied by wines specially chosen for each type of cheese. In addition, a guided explanation will be offered on the production, aging, and pairing process of each proposal, in a natural and tranquil environment such as the Huerto del Cura gardens.
