Hotel Port Feria Valencia presents an exclusive tasting of artisan cheesecake and wine pairing

The session will feature the participation of a pastry chef specialising in this type of creation, who will share with attendees the secrets behind his process and the distinctive qualities of each cheesecake. In addition, a guest sommelier will present and explain the final two wines of the tasting, offering a professional insight into the art of pairing. 

As part of Port Hotels’ social commitment, guests will also have the opportunity to taste GENETICAMENTE REBELDE wines, joining the charitable dimension of the project and supporting the Asindown Foundation through this activity. 

The activity is open to both hotel guests and the general public. Places are limited, and early booking is recommended.
