Paco Cerdà, an essential voice in historical memory and narrative journalism, to lead the upcoming Gastronomic-Literary Dinner at La Taula
On Friday, 28 November 2025, the restaurant La Taula, located in the Hotel Port Jardín Milenio, will host a new edition of the Gastronomic-Literary Dinners, a well-established series that has become a meeting point between culture and gastronomy in the city of Elche. On this occasion, the guest will be writer and journalist
Paco Cerdà, who will discuss his book Presentes with attendees.
Organised in collaboration with the Elche-based bookshop Ali i Truc, the event maintains its intimate and exclusive format, with limited seating to encourage close dialogue with the author. The evening will begin at 9:00 p.m. at La Taula, where guests will enjoy a specially designed menu while engaging in conversation with Cerdà about his work and career.
Considered one of the most notable voices in narrative journalism in Spanish, Paco Cerdà has built a body of work defined by sensitivity, rigour, and the ability to shed light on human stories with depth and precision. In Presentes, his most recent book, he offers a powerful and moving reflection on memory, the passage of time, and the importance of pausing to acknowledge what often goes unnoticed.
Given the high level of interest and the limited number of spaces available, early booking is recommended.
