How do I make my booking using the Valencian Community Travel Voucher?

The registration period begins on January 9, 2024.

First enjoyment period*: January 16 to June 3, 2024
Second enjoyment period: October 15, 2024 to December 22, 2024

After processing the application and when Turisme CV verifies that you meet the requirements, you receive an email with a code that you must exchange with us to make the reservation.

You must make the reservation within 10 business days to enjoy the discounted tourist services within the same period of enjoyment in which the Code has been received.

You must tell us: the destination hotel, the dates, the voucher number and your telephone number.

After specifying the dates, the hotel and the number of companions and services that you want to include, we will send you an email with all that information and a form for you to complete with your information and the travel voucher code cv to formalize your reservation.

Once we send you the email with the form, we block the price for 24 hours.

Once you have completed the form and made the reservation, we send the invoice indicating the total of the reservation and specifying what the travel voucher covers and what you must pay upon arrival at the hotel.

If payment is made by credit card, it must be nominative to the person who requested the voucher.

From the time the reservation is made to the enjoyment period, a minimum of 48 hours must pass, giving the GVA time to formalize the reservation.

The Bonus does not include Cancellation and No Show Expenses. Cancellation of the reservation would imply the loss of the cv travel voucher.

Modifications must be made before submitting the form with the client's data. Once the reservation is confirmed, no changes can be made.

The GVA is responsible for 50% of the reservation amount with a maximum of €350 for minimum stays of 3 nights.
