MOLA Foodtruck will participate in A LAS BRAVAS, the first Alicante Bravas Championship, with a proposal created especially for this great gastronomic event that will bring together some of the most prominent establishments in the city from September 25th to 27th at Plaza Séneca.
The Hotel Port Alicante food truck will have its own stand within the event venue, where it will present a creation that turns traditional patatas bravas into an experience as fun as it is delicious. Under the idea of “a brava you read before you eat,” the dish invites attendees to discover the word MOLA before the first bite.
The proposal consists of crispy potatoes in the shape of the letters M·O·L·A, served over an intense bravas sauce made with roasted tomato, ñora pepper, and paprika, accompanied by a creamy roasted garlic aioli, puffed rice, fresh chives, and tomato powder. A creative reinterpretation of a classic that combines flavor, texture, and a very recognizable nod to the MOLA identity.
A LAS BRAVAS will be held at Plaza Séneca with free admission, offering a three-day program designed for all audiences that will include performances, entertainment, guided tastings, and a DJ session with Alicante vermouths. Furthermore, the championship will have a very special ingredient: visitors themselves will choose, after tasting the different proposals, which are the best bravas in Alicante by casting their vote.
