Port Hotels closes the 2024 financial year with a turnover of 75 million euros, which represents a growth of 13.6% compared to the 66 million recorded in 2023. The hotel chain maintains its upward trajectory and strengthens its position in the sector thanks to a strategy based on cost optimization and the continuous improvement of its commercial proposal.
The profit margin has also experienced significant growth, reflecting a substantial improvement in the chain's operational efficiency and an increase in its capacity to generate value. In addition, the ADR (average daily rate) has registered an increase of 11.2%, thus consolidating the chain's ability to improve its profitability through an optimized pricing strategy.
The company, with establishments in Benidorm, Calpe, Dénia, Alicante, Elche and Valencia, has achieved these results thanks to a strategy focused on cost optimization, the implementation of more efficient processes and rigorous commercial hygiene, which has allowed it to maximize profitability without compromising the quality of the customer experience. This approach has strengthened the company's financial position and laid the foundations for its future growth.
In this sense, the hotel chain continues to focus on expansion with an ambitious opening plan. In 2026, Port Hotels will open the new Port Benidorm, an establishment that will mark a milestone in the region's tourist offer and that seeks to position itself as the new icon of the city. In addition, the company will continue to focus on the repositioning of its establishments and the organic growth of the chain, consolidating its leadership in the sector.
