The La Taula restaurant, located at the Hotel Port Jardín, will host the inaugural event of its participation in Menjars de la Terra on November 24th. This is the gastronomic series organized by Diario Información that highlights the culinary tradition of the province of Alicante and the work of the restaurants that preserve its essence.

The event will be the official presentation of the special menu created for this edition, a proposal based on local products, tradition, and a contemporary interpretation. Among its dishes, a creation featuring the Mollar Pomegranate, one of the most representative products of the Baix Vinalopó, will play a leading role, reclaiming its importance in the region's gastronomy.
