Port Hotels
Port Hotels closed fiscal year 2025 with record business growth, driven by improvements to the guest experience, a strengthened direct sales channel, and an expansion strategy focused on unique, high-potential assets in key destinations. The company achieved a turnover of 81 million euros (+8% year-on-year), consolidating a solid financial position to pursue its investment and growth roadmap.
“The results of this fiscal year confirm that we are on the right track: when we focus more on the guest experience, we grow more sustainably and competitively,” emphasizes Toni Mayor, president of Port Hotels, a family-owned hotel group headquartered in Benidorm with nearly 60 years of experience.
In terms of sales and management, 2025 was marked by a strategy focused on value creation. The average daily rate (ADR) increased by 13%, and despite stable occupancy affected by the Port Benidorm renovation for several months, room revenue grew by 9%, reinforcing the effectiveness of the Port Hotels model. The company also allocated 2.2 million euros to continuous improvement initiatives across its hotels, prioritizing selective, high-impact interventions to enhance the guest experience, upgrade equipment, and improve operational efficiency.
The customer at the heart of growth
During 2025, Port Hotels hosted 1,259,589 guests and recorded 610,247 room nights across the chain. Demand remained diversified, with 59% international and 41% national. In terms of guest satisfaction, the group's average Global Guest Rating reached 85.2, a 0.5-point improvement compared to 2024, consolidating the positive trend. To strengthen the direct relationship with guests, the chain launched Port Shapers, its new loyalty program, and modernized the booking process on its own channels by incorporating new payment methods such as PayPal and Scalapay, with the aim of reducing friction and improving conversion rates.
Growth and Positioning in Strategic Destinations
In 2025, Port Hotels deployed its expansion strategy by acquiring a plot of land in Valencia to develop a new four-star superior hotel with approximately 138 rooms, next to the Joaquín Sorolla AVE train station and the future Central Park. It also added the Hispania Building in Alicante to its portfolio, one of the city's most emblematic corporate buildings, with more than 9,000 m². “Expansion is not driven by size, but by positioning. We invest in locations that strengthen our brand and allow us to create a differentiated product with long-term appeal,” says Toni Mayor, president of Port Hotels.
Measurable Sustainability: Guests of the Planet
The company reinforced its environmental and social commitment through Guests of the Planet, the program that coordinates initiatives related to social responsibility and environmental stewardship throughout the entire chain. Key achievements for the year included the implementation of a protocol for reducing and monitoring food waste and progress in the circular economy with Gravity Wave and Eco-One, exceeding the annual target with 3,746 kg of plastic waste removed from the Mediterranean. Regarding inclusion, Port Hotels strengthened its commitment to the Autism Friendly model, integrating common accessibility and training criteria to offer more accessible and universal hospitality.
Product and Experience: Gastronomy and Innovation
The culinary offering continued to gain importance as a differentiating factor, with the Hotel Huerto del Cura selected as a finalist for the 2026 Best Hotel Breakfast Award at Madrid Fusión. On the other hand, in terms of innovation, Port Hotels made progress in automation, digitalization, and new tools to improve efficiency and service, incorporating customer service solutions and projects aimed at consolidating a more agile, connected, and people-centered hospitality model.
